City Center Parking Garage

As part of North Shore’s design and construction of the Newport City Center development, this 5-level pre-cast garage is built upon 272 aggregate piers and contains 409 parking spaces across 155,000 square feet. Accommodations include ten EV charging stations, a bike repair shop and storage facility, and maintenance garage. A programmable lighting wall spans the full width of the northern elevation, in addition to decorative plant screens and precast façade details throughout.
